– Cauliflower
– Cheddar Cheese
– 10 almonds
– English tea with semi-skimmed milk

Saturday
– Avocado
– 8 walnut halves
– 2 pieces of mozzarella cheese
– Coffee with semi-skimmed milk

Sunday
– Canned salmon
– 6 almonds
– Broccoli
– English tea with semi-skimmed milk
