Today’s diet:

  • Egg
  • Asparagus
  • Shiitake mushroom
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Walnut
  • coffee + semi skimmed milk
  • Cadbury cheesecake
  • Chicken
  • Banana + peanut butter

 

Although I did eat a pot of cheesecake, I don’t feel out of control. After I finished it and went back to the fridge, I felt no urge to have another one, or even try a different flavour. The whole ordeal just seemed kinda unappealing and pointless. I think my standard of unhealthy is improving 🙂
