- Egg
- Black chocolate
- Greek yogurt + chia seeds + cocoa powder
- Soya milk
- Whole milk
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Coffee + semi-skimmed milk
- Courgette + mushrooms + soy sauce + coconut oil
- Tofu and fish
