Today’s diet:

  • Chestnut mushroom (fried in coconut oil) + soy sauce
  • Spinach (+coconut oil) +soy sauce and Himalayan salt
  • Whole milk
  • Coffee + semi-skimmed milk + chopped nuts
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Semi-skimmed milk
  • Almonds
  • Chopped nuts
  • Celery
  • Small chicken wing
  • Unsweetened soy milk
  • Black chocolate

I ate some almonds and a little of choco a bit past 7pm, but it’s better than how late and how much I ate yesterday! A big improvement in my eyes 🙂

I also didn’t eat any of the leftover KFC from yesterday 😀
