Today’s diet:
- Chestnut mushroom (fried in coconut oil) + soy sauce
- Spinach (+coconut oil) +soy sauce and Himalayan salt
- Whole milk
- Coffee + semi-skimmed milk + chopped nuts
- Sunflower seeds
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Almonds
- Chopped nuts
- Celery
- Small chicken wing
- Unsweetened soy milk
- Black chocolate
I ate some almonds and a little of choco a bit past 7pm, but it’s better than how late and how much I ate yesterday! A big improvement in my eyes 🙂
I also didn’t eat any of the leftover KFC from yesterday 😀
