Today was a long day~
I feel a bit out of control still haha
Although I feel like I’ve done decently today 🙂
Today I had:
- Eggs fried with coconut oil
- Vegetable soup (cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, milk, soy sauce, ginger)
- Sunflower seeds
- Almonds
- Black chocolate
- Whole milk
- Semi-skimmed milk
- Small chicken wings
- Pork floss
- Corn on cob
- Unsweetened soy milk
I feel like it’s okay if I start off eating a bit more and decrease my calorie intake more as time goes on, since I’ve been used to binge eating a big amount, but this should not be a stupid excuse for me to overeat.
I did head downstairs pretty late to have more food though…
