Today was a long day~

I feel a bit out of control still haha

Although I feel like I’ve done decently today 🙂

Today I had:

  • Eggs fried with coconut oil
  • Vegetable soup (cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, milk, soy sauce, ginger)
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Almonds
  • Black chocolate
  • Whole milk
  • Semi-skimmed milk
  • Small chicken wings
  • Pork floss
  • Corn on cob
  • Unsweetened soy milk

I feel like it’s okay if I start off eating a bit more and decrease my calorie intake more as time goes on, since I’ve been used to binge eating a big amount, but this should not be a stupid excuse for me to overeat.

I did head downstairs pretty late to have more food though…
