Day 1 — January 15, 2019

Day 1

So, I splurged a bit and had vanilla ice cream.

On the positive side, there is no more ice cream left for me to greedily and unnecessarily consume, but on the downside, I have just eaten like a whole tub XD

Not a very good start for Day 1 lol

Anyway, I have made a page where I have listed out rules for myself. I will adhere to the rules I have written and published wholeheartedly!

Day 1

I made soup today!

Soup containing: cabbage, broccoli, mushroom, milk, salt, soy sauce
Is that a weird recipe?

I made it up so, perhaps.

It doesn’t taste the best honestly, but at least it’s warm, filling and healthy…
I think the cabbage kinda lets it down

Maybe I didn’t steam the cabbage long enough?

As for protein, I ate a whole load of peanuts.

I think that I might have a peanut addiction…

While peanuts do have protein and nutrients, they’re high calorie and easy to overeat. So starting from now, I think I’ll refrain from having any peanuts or peanut butter until I recover! ^^
